1. What is PyaraBaby?
PyaraBaby is a curated marketplace where parents across India can buy and sell both pre-loved and new baby products—making parenting more affordable and sustainable. The platform is built to be safe and convenient for families.
2. Are items on PyaraBaby new or pre-loved?
Both. You’ll find “extra-loved” (pre-owned) items as well as brand-new, handmade and personalised products across categories like fashion, toys, baby gear and more.
3. What condition should I expect for pre-loved items?
Pre-loved items may show minor signs of previous use; that alone isn’t considered “damage.” Product pages note condition details, and returns are accepted only for items received in damaged condition (see our returns FAQ below).
4. How long will delivery take?
Orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers. Typical timelines are ~5–7 days to metro cities and ~7–10 days to other locations (tracking is shared once shipped). Some orders can take a little longer depending on the seller’s packaging/dispatch time.
5. How do returns and refunds work?
We accept returns only if the item you received is damaged or defective. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return; we’ll send a return label and instructions. After the seller receives the returned product in proper condition, we initiate your refund (a 5% transaction charge is deducted). Please record an unboxing video including the shipping label to help us process any claim.
6. Can I return personalised/handmade items?
Customised/handcrafted items are made specially for you and are not eligible for return. Please review details carefully before ordering.
7. How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page in the footer menu. You’ll also receive tracking details once your order ships.
8. I want to sell on PyaraBaby—what are the fees and payouts?
Listing is free. When your item sells, PyaraBaby charges a flat 15% fee on the final order price. Shipping costs are shared (buyer pays at checkout; the seller’s share is deducted from payout). Payouts are processed on schedule after delivery.
9. Who handles shipping, and how should sellers pack items?
Shipping is managed by third-party logistics partners who pick up from the seller and deliver to the buyer. Sellers must use sturdy packaging, label clearly, and provide proof-of-packaging; misrepresentation or poor packaging may affect payouts.
