Baby slippers and shoes (multiple size from 3m-18m)

Shipping for PyaraBaby is handled by our 3rd party delivery vendor. The product is picked from seller's location and shipped to the customer. Order shipping may take 5-7 days for metro cities and 7-10 days for other destinations. Some orders may take a bit more time depending on the sellers ability to pack and ship the product, so please be patient. PyaraBaby is not responsible for shipping delays due to situations beyond our control. We will share tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We have a specific return policy for products that were received in damaged condition by you only. Please get back to us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return in case the product received is damaged. For customised products, our products are carefully handcrafted just for you , making each item unique and special. As a result, we do not accept returns. We ask that you kindly consider this before making your purchase, as returns would be disrespectful to our artisans. Thank you for your understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The products purchased by you are extra-loved items and are bound to have some signs of wear and tear. This will not be considered damage. Please note, we would need pictures and videos of the damaged product as well as an unboxing video with the shipping label in the video, which will then be evaluated by us and if approved, we will initiate the refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pyarababy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The refund will be initiated as soon as the product reaches back to the seller and is in proper condition.

In case of refunds, Please note that a 5% transaction charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please make an unboxing video while opening the package just to avoid any conflict of interest with seller at a later stage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case, you receive a damaged item, the shipping will be arranged by us; without any shipping cost to the customer, which will be then delivered to the seller.
