We have a specific return policy for products that were received in damaged condition by you only. Please get back to us within 48 hours of receiving the item to request a return in case the product received is damaged. For customised products, our products are carefully handcrafted just for you , making each item unique and special. As a result, we do not accept returns. We ask that you kindly consider this before making your purchase, as returns would be disrespectful to our artisans. Thank you for your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging, wherever applicable.
Please note that products sold on PyaraBaby are extra-loved (preloved) items. These products may naturally show minor signs of previous use, such as light scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear and tear. Such signs are inherent to preloved products and will not be considered as damage.
All products listed on our platform are packed and shipped by individual parent sellers and not by professional packaging units. While we strictly guide our sellers on safe and secure packing and make every effort to ensure proper packaging, minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections may occur during transit.
If the functionality of the product is not affected and there is no major structural or functional damage, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.
In case you receive a product with significant damage affecting usability, you must share:
Clear photos of the damaged product
A video showing the damage
A complete unboxing video, with the shipping label clearly visible throughout the video
All return and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. Once the evidence is reviewed and the claim is approved, the refund will be initiated as per our policy.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pyarababy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund will be initiated as soon as the product reaches back to the seller and is in proper condition.
Please make an unboxing video while opening the package just to avoid any conflict of interest with seller at a later stage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case, you receive a damaged item, the shipping will be arranged by us; without any shipping cost to the customer, which will be then delivered to the seller.
If a refund or return request is approved due to:
Major damage affecting functionality
Manufacturing or functional defect
Product condition not matching the description mentioned in the listing
👉 Both forward and reverse shipping charges (2-way shipping) will be borne by the seller.
Shipping charges will be adjusted or recovered from the seller only after the customer’s refund claim has been reviewed and accepted by PyaraBaby.
Returns or refunds will not be approved for:
Normal wear and tear associated with preloved items
Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections that do not impact usability
Transit-related marks where functionality remains intact
