Refund Policy

If a product is unacceptable to the customer(except in case the product was received damaged or is not what the customer ordered) and is returned, the shipping cost for the returned product will have to be paid by the customer. Once our third party delivery vendor picks up the product which is raised to be refunded, the customer must pay the requisite shipping cost(which is dependent on the weight of the item) before the item is to be shipped. It will then be delivered to the seller address. 

Please note that a 5% transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please make an unboxing video while opening the package just to avoid any conflict of interest with seller at a later stage.

In case of a damaged product received, full refund will be issued including shipping charges. The seller will have to bear to and fro shipping charges in case of a damaged or defective item received. 

You can either choose your own shipping vendor or you can choose pyarababy's 3rd party shipping vendor.
Please ensure that you contact us before initiating a return procedure. To contact us please send an email to info@pyarababy.com to initiate the return procedure. Once we confirm and approve the return, we will send the shipping label that needs to be used to return the item.

In case you choose our 3rd party shipping vendor, our vendor will contact you to obtain the item. Once our third party delivery vendor picks up the product which is raised to be refunded, it will be delivered to the seller address.
